Federico Cardona Amezcua

Born 1951 in the City of Aguascalientes, Ags. self-taught

Young sculptor who started his work in religious art.

He has made 26 statues of saints (Martyrs of Nagasaki), for San Felipe´s church in Satellite City, state of Mexico. They are 2.5 meters. Height.

Eight of them are almost mounted. He has a unique system of combining melted copper with embossed copperplate and he does it himself.
