Martín Mendoza Maya
Escultor D'Argenta
Nació el 11 de febrero de 1966 en la Ciudad de México. Siendo su padre escultor, aprende desde muy temprana edad varias técnicas y materiales diferentes.
A los 17 años expone colectivamente por primera vez en la Galería de Arte Misrachi.
Inicia su carrera en las artes dentro del campo abstracto, principalmente realizando tallado directo en mármol y madera.
Habiendo dominado una gran variedad de técnicas escultóricas, ha podido crecer como modelista en diferentes empresas, siendo la principal D’Argenta. Como resultado de este trabajo, su obra ha sido reproducida en cantidades significativas.
El entendimiento de los requerimientos del cliente lo ha llevado a trabajar para diversas instituciones gubernamentales, tanto federales como estatales, entre las que podemos destacar: Guardias Presidenciales, Asamblea Legislativa del Distrito Federal -de la cual es proveedor- y el Gobierno de la Ciudad de México.
Entre otras galerías en las que este artista ha expuesto su obra, podemos citar: Galeria de Arte Misrachi, Galeria Aura, American School Foundation, Centro Deportivo Israelita y Torre Domecq.
ESCULTURA DE MARTÍN MENDOZA
He was born on February 11, 1966 in Mexico City. Being his father a sculptor, he learns at a very early age several different techniques and materials.
At the age of 17 he exhibits collectively by first time in the Galeria de Arte Misrachi.
He starts his career on arts within the abstract field, mainly by making direct carving in marble and wood.
Having mastered a great variety of sculptural techniques, he has been able to grow as a modeler in different companies, being the main one D’Argenta. As a result of this work, his oeuvre has been reproduced in significant quantities.
The understanding of the customer requirements has led him to work for various government institutions, both federal and state, among which we can highlight: Presidential Guards, Legislative Assembly of the Federal District -from which he is supplier- and the Mexico City Government.
Among other galleries in which this artist has exhibited his work, we can quote: Galeria de Arte Misrachi, Galeria Aura, American School Foundation, Centro Deportivo Israelita and Torre Domecq.
